ARTIST

Michael Bellamy is a Denver born, Manhattan based painter and tattoo artist, constantly moving back and forth between canvas and the skin as canvas.  Equally interested in the collaborative artist/client play in designing tattoos or a commissioned portrait, as in the freedom of a personally conceived painting, Michael constantly strives to push forward in all aspects of image making.  Always evolving, paintings range from larger than life realistic nudes to movie heroes at the moment of decision or awareness to popular tattoo flash themes rendered in a non-traditional style with oil.
